Bio
Samsara, an award nominated singer-songwriter, used to sing backing vocals for the stars (Don Henley, Bryan Adams, Steve Winwood). In 2022, that all changed. She released 20 original singles and an EP album of evocative relatable songs. Her richly-toned lavish voice spans the genres of pop, smooth jazz, country and rock. She is frequently compared to Stevie Nicks, Tori Amos, Norah Jones, Kate Bush, Dolly Parton and Reba McIntyre. "Her vocal inflections encompass you, a listener, with how demonstrative and expressive her delivery is, gravitating you to every segment of the lyrical content." Streamline Music "Samsara has a million dollar voice!” The Fierce Female Network "Samsara’s latest project is an elegant, expressive, and evocative body of work, with her sensational vocals taking centre stage across every track." Cultural Reset UK Born in London, UK, Samsara began singing with her Dad as a small child. She moved to Ireland at 11 and fronted her first cover band at 15. At 20, she moved to the US with $200 and a backpack full of hopes and dreams. She left music behind for many years during a tumultuous abusive marriage to a man who wouldn't allow her to sing. When she escaped, she began singing again and now writes songs about love, heartbreak, poverty, and the beloved cat she loved and lost.
