Caroline Meksraitis is a Brazilian singer and songwriter. Her first release “Somebody Else” is a story of wishing she could be that someone instead of it being somebody else. 

A gentle acoustic guitar perfectly leads into the soft soothing vocals of Caroline Meksraitis. “Somebody Else” carries a melancholy weight to it. The track is about unrequited love, not feeling enough to someone and even trying to change who you are for them. 

The song is relatable, easy listening, and sounds like something you would get if you put Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo in a room together.
